May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Mental Health refers to the way an individual thinks, feels, and behaves. During this month, we hope to promote mental wellness by encouraging you to SHARE YOUR VIBE!

The best way to promote mental wellness is to reach out, find your person and SHARE YOUR VIBE. Reaching out can be as easy as sending an emoji to a trusted friend. Having these regular conversations is the first step towards mental wellness.
